Description:

A room in Kortrijksepoortstraat 254, 9000 Ghent. The room is furnished: a bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and desk chair. There is a wash basin in the room with hot and cold water. A duvet and pillow can be rented at the SOVOARTE office for 30 euro. Sheets are not available and should be brought by the student him/herself. The rooms are about 14 to 25 square metres. The decoration is modern. The building has 24 student rooms, two kitchens (to be shared by all students) with the necessary kitchen tools. There are toilets, a shower and a bath on every floor, to be shared by all students. The rental fee is 330 euro per month for a room from 14 square metres to 380 euro per month for a room from 25 square metres. The costs for insurance, water, electricity, heating and internet (10GB/month) are included. There is one very big room available: funrished, about 35 square metres, to be shared by 2 persons, 520 euro per month costs included.

Description:

A room in Houtbriel 13, 9000 Ghent. A large, renovated house in the city centre, owned by a Belgian couple. The owners live on the first floor and the students live on the second floor. This floor has two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen (supplied with the necessary kitchen tools). Each of these rooms are furnished and meets the basic requirements, bed linen is also provided. The students, although living with the owners, are completely independent and have total privacy. The rental fee is 370 euro per month. The costs for insurance, water, electricity, heating and internet are included.

Description:

The building has 3 student rooms and 5 studios, a small kitchen (to be shared by all students) with the necessary kitchen tools. There is 1 shower, to be shared by all students. The rental fee is 290 euro per month. The costs for insurance, water, electricity, heating and internet (10GB/month) are included.

A studio in Papegaaistraat 19-23, 9000 Ghent. The studio is furnished: a bed and matress, wardrobe, desk and desk chair. There is a kitchenette (supplied with the necessary kitchen tools) and a small bathroom (toilet and wash basin with hot and cold water, shower). A duvet and pillow can be rented at the SOVOARTE office for 30 euro. Sheets are not available and should be brought by the student him/herself. The studio is about 19 square metres. The building has 3 student rooms and 5 studios. The rental fee is 390 euro per month. The costs for insurance, water, electricity, heating and internet (10GB/month) are included.

BAGATTENSTRAAT

Description:

In a top location in Ghent, you find "het Bagattenhuis". In the center, near the campuses and in a quiet neighborhood. A former office building is transformed into a first class student house. There are 52 rooms for 57 students. On each floor we reserve a room for our international students.

A room in Bagattenhuis. The rooms are between 16 and 19 square metres. The room is furnished: a bed with matress, wardrobe, desk and desk chair and a fridge (with freezer). There is a wash basin in the room. A duvet and pillow can be rented at the SOVOARTE office for 30 euro. Sheets are not available and should be brought by the student him/herself. On every floor there are toilets, showers and a kitchenette. There is a big kitchen in the basement, to be shared by all students.

The rental fee is 400 euro per month. The costs for Insurance, water, Electricity, heating and internet (10 GB/m) are included. The minimum rental period is 4 months.

SAVAANSTRAAT

Location: Savaanstraat 74 -76, 9000 Gent

Description:

"Het Savaanhuis" opens its door in September 2011. It is a beautiful old building in the heart of Ghent, fully adapted to the needs and wishes of our students! There are about 100 rooms. We reserve 3 double rooms with kitchenette and shower for our international students.

A double room in Savaanhuis. The rooms are between 50 and 60 square metres. The room is furnished: 2 beds and matresses, 2 wardrobes, 2 desks and desk chairs. There is a kitchenette (supplied with the necessary kitchen tools) and a bathroom (wash basin and shower). The toilets are in the corridor. A duvet and pillow can be rented at the SOVOARTE office for 30 euro. Sheets are not available and should be brought by the student him/herself.

The rental fee is 660 euro per month. The costs for Insurance, water, electricity, heating and internet (10 GB/m) are included. The minimum rental period is 4 months.
